Payment is required at time of purchase.

SHIPPING - All orders aim to ship within 5-7 business days but timing my vary depending on product availability and supply availability. Custom orders may vary but we strive to maintain a 10-14 day turnover for all custom orders. These times can increase any time depending on number of orders received! In the case of a waiting list we will advise you of your number on the wait list and the estimated time of production.

All of our domestic orders ship USPS priority with tracking. All international orders will be shipped USPS first class mail and may not include tracking or a guaranteed delivery date. We are currently working with shipping agencies to improve out international shipping rates and protection. If you are purchasing internationally we will contact you directly regarding shipping.

Refunds and Exchange - If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you have 7 days from receiving the item to contact us. You many contact us via 4pawsleatherco@gmail.com if you're unsatisfied with your purchase or an item does not fit. You may send the items back to use after you receive returning confirmation. We do not cover the cost of return shipping or refund original shipping costs for any return however if you need to exchange an item for a different size or color we can work with you. We do charge a 10% restocking fee on ALL returns. Any items that are returned that are not in NEW condition and able to be resold may incur additional fees. 

All custom stamped or designed orders are non-refundable, in exception to manufacture defects. 

Please be aware that all items are handmade in the U.S.A and each may have slight imperfections and variations that add to the uniqueness of each item.

International Buyers - In accordance with the law, all international orders will have the full value declared on customs forms. Please be aware of your countries import duties, fees, VAT taxes, and other charges, as some of these can be costly. These fees are not included in the price of the item or the shipping costs and will be the customer’s responsibility. 4 Paws Leather Co. is not to be held responsible for these charges and we cannot refund you if you refuse to pay these fees. If an order is returned to us and you do not wish it to be reshipped you will still be charged original shipping fees. 

Discount Policy - We offer many discounts throughout the year. The discounts and/or sales are for new purchases ONLY. We do not offer a price match for previous orders placed before a sale. We will not cover the cost of shipping to return an item and repurchase it at a lower price. Discounts can not be stacked unless otherwise stated.

1 Year Warranty - We offer a 1 year limited warranty on our products that have become defective. We will not replace items that have been chewed or destroyed. A photograph of the defective item is required to get a replacement. Shipping costs are not included and may be incurred for all replacements.

Liability:  4 Paws Biothane Co. is not to be held liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to; defect in material or workmanship, misuse or improper use of the products, any accident or death regardless of the cause, and negligent or faulty design. Any performance specifications are believed to be true, but are not verified. The consumer shall not rely on any data and performance provided by 4 Paws Biothane Co. It is the buyer’s responsibility to determine the suitability of any products, to test and verify before use.

The consumer hereby waives all liability claims against 4 Paws Biothane Co, its employees, partners, affiliates, distributors, and retailers.
